To access the system for the first time, please use the following credentials:
How to Login
Membership Number: Your unique BMS Membership Number (e.g., 122).
Note: Enter the plain number only. Do not add any prefixes, spaces, or special characters.
Initial Password: Please refer to the specific instructions shared by the executive committee in the Official BMS WhatsApp Group for your default login credentials.
Mandatory: Update Your Email Address
Your account is currently set up with a temporary system email. To complete your registration:
Login using the steps above.
Navigate to "Edit Profile."
Replace the temporary email with your valid personal or professional email address.
Important: Your profile will remain hidden/invisible in the member directory until this temporary email is updated. This step is required to verify your identity and secure your account.
If you do not know your membership number or face issues during the email update process, please contact us. Always include your Full Name and Membership Number in your message.
Forget your password? Once you have updated your temporary email to your real one, you can use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page for any future recovery.
Profile Visibility: If your name does not appear in the "Member Search," it is likely because you have not yet updated your temporary email address.
Security Reminder: Please change your password to something secure immediately after your first login. The Society will never ask you for your password over WhatsApp or Email.
